PROGRAM OVERVIEW  

Every church and missions program has a unique missions DNA that is created by God’s calling on its leadership and congregational body. No two missions programs are the same nor should they be. Every member of a church body has unique gifts and passions that God has given them specifically, and the challenge is to help them discover what those are and how they can be used for God’s purpose.

This is especially so with a global ministry team. The idea behind Strategic Intent is to introduce a systematic approach to building a new missions program or-rebuilding and re-energizing a program that has either leveled off, lost its focus or is experiencing a decline in involvement or more importantly - results.

Strategic Intent will help your missions program discover its talents, its passion and its unique purpose in God’s Kingdom. And it will help you to share those gifts in a way that inspires the church body.

It can be used as a complete program or utilized to address specific areas of need within your ministry. It can be instituted in any timeline that is comfortable for your individual program. Your team dictates what parts you use and the pace at which you go through the program.
